serenity salon is a full service salon offering hair, nail, lash, brow, and esthetic services. we are a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all clients. our mission is to provide the best services for the best clients, we want you to leave the salon feeling beautiful and confident from the inside out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
we appreciate your business and we value you as a client. so we ask that you respect our cancellation policy. if you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment please let your stylist know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. if you do not provide a 24 hour notice it is up to your stylistβs discretion to require a 30% non-refundable deposit in order for your next appointment to be scheduled.
