Cancellation Policy
we appreciate your business and we value you as a client. so we ask that you respect our cancellation policy.
if you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment please let your stylist know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. if you do not provide a 24 hour notice it is up to your stylist’s discretion to require a 30% non-refundable deposit in order for your next appointment to be scheduled.
